located in the grounds of a small private gated apartment building. The main gate leads you through to the back of the building where you will enter the apartment via a short flight of stairs. As you enter the apartment you have the master bedroom with fitted furniture and second double bedroom with wardrobe to your left.

The well equipped, modern fitted kitchen is located slightly further down the hall way to the right. The breakfast bar style granite counter tops allows views of the open plan living - dining area as well as the garden and pool. Beyond the kitchen is the generously sized family bathroom with plenty of storage, jacuzzi bath and over bath shower.

The hall way opens out in to the spacious & light open plan living - dining room. The living room space is furnished with ample seating, including a settee bed. There is also a small library and flat screen TV with DVD player. There is also a Dining area with table and 4 chairs, situated perfectly in the apartment to look out on to the gardens and pool.

The open plan area looks out on to the large balcony, it has folding glass doors and an optional canopy. With its wooden patio furniture and coffee table this is the perfect place in the apartment to relax and enjoy the sea, garden and pool views. The large pool is surrounded by perfectly maintained gardens, with plenty of space to enjoy the warm sun.

You will find a well stocked supermarket well within walking distance behind the apartment, as well as some fabulous bars and restaurants along the sea front just in front of the apartment.

Although having a car is really not necessary as the amenities are so close by and the public transport is good, there is plenty of parking in front of the apartment gates. Torremolinos is a great base to visit lots of different attractions that are in driving distance.
